John Fishyan is also a graduate of the famed Tchaikovsky School of Music--a special school for talented students in the former USSR.
He subsequently attended the Komitas Conservatory of Music where he received his Masters Degree in Violin.
Upon graduating, Mr. Fishyan joined the National Symphony Orchestra where he worked with a number of prominent musicians from around the world,including Gergiev, Khachaturian, Rostropovich, Domingo, Pavarotti, and others.
He moved to the United States in 2003 and has since played for the Glendale, Burbank, and Pasadena Symphony Orchestras.
During this time, he has also established himself as a successful violin teacher, in Los Angeles.
He is a veteran of violin instruction and has over 40 years of teaching experience.
